Course Registration Information

Please find below the steps to be followed for registration by the delegates

Step 1:

You will be prompted to enter your email, which will trigger an OTP. If you are already a member of the society, the OTP will be sent to both your registered mobile number and email. If not, the OTP will be sent only to the specified email.

Step 2:

Upon entering the application, all the courses will be listed on the landing page. For attending the courses in Bengaluru, please choose serial numbers 10-12 based on your desired course as shown below and then click on β€œRegister”

Step 3:

In the next step, you will be presented with two options: Register for myself. Register for other member(s). If you wish to register for yourself, the "Register for myself" option should be selected. Their user details will then be filled automatically. If you are a member, your membership number will also be visible. This will be applicable for those who have applied for membership and are awaiting approval from the secretariat.

Once the user details are verified, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the "Add to cart" button. The registration details of the participant will be added to the cart, which can later be accessed to proceed to the payment section.

Alternatively, if the user wishes to register for others, the other two options will be used: "Register for other member(s)".

You can add multiple participants' registration details to the cart, and all registration fees will be combined into a single total.

Once all the intended participants have been added, please proceed to the preview page by clicking "Proceed to register".

Step 4:

On the preview page, all registered participants, along with their course details, will be displayed. After reviewing the details, please must select a payment method from the available options (NEFT,or UPI or Payment Gateway).

Step 5:

After proceeding to payment, if UPI is selected, the user will be shown a QR code along with the payable amount. Once the payment is made, the user must upload proof of payment and enter the UTR number.

Select Consultant / Non-member / Postgraduate.

Step 3: Payment

Complete payment using available methods.

Step 4: Confirmation

Receive confirmation email after successful registration.
